The Menu:
Aperitif
Start off Valentine’s day with a complimentary glass of Bouvet Rose Brut from the Loire Valley. Made from Cabernet Franc this sparkling wine provides a full-bodied freshness of fruit with a clean, long finish. It’s a great way to awaken the palette and prepare yourself for a culinary treat.
First Course
Baked blue point oysters with mornay sauce
or
Endive and romaine salad with strawberry champagne vin, bacon and crispy goat cheese
Second Course
Grilled ribeye with bleu cheese glacage, pomme puree and truffled cream spinach

Grilled salmon with roasted potatoes and fennel. Finished with brown butter hollandaise
Third Course
Raspberry tart with vanilla chantilly
